Order Confirmation
- An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email or receipt.
- After confirmation, the order is final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
Exceptions
- Refunds or returns will only be considered if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- In such cases, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving the product, along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Our team will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or corrective solution at no extra cost.
